From December 2022 to June 2023, the District undertook a public process to update its five-year Strategic Plan, adopted by the Board of Education on June 8, 2023.  The updated Plan identifies issues and strategies in five categories of interest:  Student Achievement and Instruction, Student Engagement and Support, Community Communications & Engagement, Finance and Operations, and Facilities.  Facility-related strategies relate to the parallel Facility Study preparation effort.
